GST will be applied under current legislation. Registration fees exclude 18% GST.
All proofs must be uploaded directly during the registration process.
To be eligible for the Young Dentist fee, participants must have graduated less than four years before the congress starting date. A confirmation of status, issued by the institution responsible for specialization training or research in the respective country/region, must be uploaded during the registration.
To register as a Student, Auxiliary, Office Personnel, Therapist, Hygienist, Technician, or Commercial and Industry Representative, proof of eligibility is required. This includes a copy of your student ID or an official letter from your institution (with a valid date), confirming your valid status at the time of registration and for the duration of the Congress.
Residents from Low and Lower-Middle Income Countries can benefit from this price. Please refer to the World Bank Group's country classification by Income level figure for 2025-2026. Will be classified as regional. Low and Lower Middle Income Country List
Each delegate is permitted to register only one accompanying person.
Registrations can only be made through the online registration portal.
